Geaux Cajun IT provides xTool equipment sales support, materials, setup assistance, training, service-related support, and workflow guidance as available.
This policy applies to xTool equipment inquiries, purchases, setup, training, troubleshooting, service support, materials, and related customer assistance.
1. Equipment Sales Support
Geaux Cajun IT can help customers choose xTool machines, accessories, materials, software workflows, training options, and setup packages.
Prices, availability, bundles, promotions, specifications, lead times, and product features may change without notice.
2. Dealer Support
As an xTool dealer and service support provider, Geaux Cajun IT may assist customers with:

- Accessory selection
- Material recommendations
- Setup guidance
- Training
- Maintenance basics
- Software workflow
- Troubleshooting
- Project planning
- Business use planning
Dealer support does not guarantee business success, product sales, engraving results on every material, production speed, or profitability.
3. Training Services
xTool training may include:

5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty terms are controlled by xTool.
Geaux Cajun IT does not create, extend, or modify manufacturer warranties unless specifically stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for warranty registration, warranty claim requirements, maintenance obligations, safe use, and manufacturer instructions.
6. Materials
Laser results vary by material type, coating, thickness, color, grain, finish, adhesive, moisture, density, and manufacturer.
Test cuts and test engravings are strongly recommended before full production.
Geaux Cajun IT is not responsible for inconsistent results caused by customer-supplied materials, unknown materials, incorrect material settings, or material defects.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Safe equipment operation
- Approved material use
- Ventilation
- Fire safety
- Cleaning
- Maintenance
- Power requirements
- Software setup
- File preparation
- Supervision during machine use
- Compliance with manufacturer instructions
Laser equipment should never be left unattended while operating.
8. Service Scheduling
Training, setup, service, troubleshooting, and support appointments are subject to availability.
Rush support may not always be available.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations may result in rescheduling fees or loss of appointment priority.
9. Limitation of Responsibility
Geaux Cajun IT is not responsible for lost production, missed deadlines, failed customer orders, lost sales, material waste, business interruption, file problems, software issues, user error, material failure, or machine downtime related to xTool equipment use or service timing.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Geaux Cajun IT may refuse service or support for unsafe equipment, unauthorized modifications, unapproved materials, non-payment, abusive conduct, unsupported issues, unavailable parts, or situations outside our service capability.
