Geaux Cajun IT collects certain customer information to manage classes, memberships, workshops, training, private events, maker space access, service requests, and customer support.

When customers register for classes, memberships, workshops, private events, training, service requests, fabrication quotes, waitlists, or maker space access, we may collect:

- Waiver information
- Project details
- Uploaded artwork or files
- Business information for commercial users

3. Subscription and Booking Information
Membership and subscription information may be processed through Shopify and subscription tools such as Seal Subscriptions.
Class bookings, appointments, workshops, and training sessions may be processed through booking software connected to Shopify.
These systems may store customer information needed to manage billing, scheduling, renewals, reminders, cancellations, and customer account access.
4. Uploaded Files and Project Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, print, engrave, cut, produce, or modify any file, artwork, logo, trademark, design, or customer-supplied content submitted to Geaux Cajun IT.
Project files may be reviewed by staff for quoting, production, training, troubleshooting, or service purposes.
5. Sharing Information
Geaux Cajun IT does not sell customer personal information.
Customer information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the business, including:
- Shopify
- Payment processors
- Subscription apps
- Booking apps
- Email or SMS tools
- Shipping providers
- Service providers
- Software platforms used to process orders, bookings, memberships, or communications
Information may also be shared when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal claims, or business operations.
6. Marketing Communications
Customers may receive emails or messages related to purchases, bookings, classes, memberships, waitlists, events, service updates, or promotions.
Customers may opt out of promotional communications where required or available.
Transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, payment notices, safety updates, and cancellation notices, may still be sent.
7. Photos and Videos
Geaux Cajun IT may take photos or videos during public classes, workshops, events, tours, or maker space activities for marketing, social media, training, or promotional purposes.
Customers who do not want to appear in photos or videos should notify staff before participation.
Private projects, confidential business work, and sensitive customer information should be discussed with staff in advance.
8. Data Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, booking, and emergency information.
Geaux Cajun IT is not responsible for missed notices due to incorrect customer information.
