Jewelry Class Policy

Jewelry Class Policy

Geaux Cajun IT offers jewelry-making classes, charm bars, bracelet workshops, permanent jewelry events, laser-engraved jewelry projects, private jewelry parties, and related creative workshops.

1. Class Registration

Seats are limited and must be reserved in advance unless walk-ins are specifically allowed.

Registration may include class instruction, selected materials, use of basic tools, and project support. Premium materials, upgrades, charms, chains, findings, custom engraving, or add-ons may cost extra.

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce project time or limit participation.

3. Materials

Available materials may vary by class. Examples, colors, finishes, charms, chains, beads, and findings may vary based on inventory.

Geaux Cajun IT may substitute similar materials when needed.

4. Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry may involve welded or connected chains and may not be appropriate for everyone.

Customers are responsible for checking fit, comfort, metal preference, allergies, and personal suitability before the jewelry is attached.

Geaux Cajun IT is not responsible for skin irritation, allergic reaction, discomfort, breakage, snagging, loss, or customer-requested sizing choices.

5. Allergies and Sensitivities

Participants should notify staff before class of any known metal allergies, adhesive sensitivities, skin sensitivities, or material restrictions.

6. Tool Safety

Jewelry classes may involve small tools, cutters, pliers, adhesives, heat, lasers, engraving, small parts, or sharp edges. Participants must follow instructor directions.

7. Children and Minors

Some jewelry classes may be family-friendly. Others may have age restrictions due to small parts, tools, heat, or equipment use.

Minors may require adult supervision and a signed waiver.

8. Private Jewelry Parties

Private parties may require a deposit, minimum participant count, setup time, material selection, and cancellation terms.

Custom themes, premium charms, engraving, or special materials may require advance notice.

9. Finished Product

Handmade items may vary in appearance. Small imperfections are normal in handmade projects.

Staff will help participants complete the project, but Geaux Cajun IT does not guarantee identical results to sample photos.
