Class Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy
Geaux Cajun IT offers hands-on classes, workshops, training sessions, maker events, jewelry-making classes, equipment training, and private instruction. Because class seats are limited and materials may be prepared in advance, the following cancellation policy applies.
1. Standard Class Cancellation
Customers may cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours before the scheduled class time, subject to availability.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before class may be eligible for store credit, rescheduling, or refund depending on the class type.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class may not be eligible for refund because seats, instructor time, and materials have already been reserved.
Geaux Cajun IT may offer rescheduling or store credit at its discretion.
3. No-Shows
No-shows are not eligible for refund.
A no-show means the participant does not attend the class and does not contact Geaux Cajun IT before the scheduled start time.
4. Private Classes and Private Parties
Private training, private jewelry parties, group events, business training, youth workshops, and custom classes may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
Deposits for private events may be non-refundable if the event is canceled close to the scheduled date or if custom materials have already been ordered.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Geaux Cajun IT will make reasonable efforts to move a customer into a future class when possible.
6. Minimum Attendance
Some classes may require a minimum number of participants. If minimum attendance is not met, Geaux Cajun IT may cancel or reschedule the class.
If Geaux Cajun IT cancels a class, customers may choose a refund, store credit, or transfer to another available class.
7. Instructor or Operational Cancellation
Geaux Cajun IT may cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, equipment issues, weather, power outage, facility issue, emergency, safety concern, or other operational reason.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a reasonable alternative.
8. Late Arrival
Participants should arrive on time. Late arrival may result in missed instruction, inability to participate, or loss of certification for equipment training.
Refunds are not guaranteed for late arrivals.
9. Age Restrictions
Some classes may have age requirements. Minors may require parent or guardian approval, supervision, and a signed waiver.
10. Materials and Project Changes
Project examples, colors, materials, or designs may vary based on availability. Geaux Cajun IT may substitute similar materials when needed.
11. Policy Updates
Geaux Cajun IT may update this policy at any time. The policy posted at the time of purchase or booking will generally apply to that class unless otherwise required.
