- Signed waiver
- Completed safety training

3. No Guests Without Approval
After-hours users may not bring guests, customers, friends, family, employees, or helpers without written approval.

After-hours users must follow all security rules, lock doors, protect access codes or keys, avoid sharing credentials, and report suspicious activity immediately.
Access credentials may not be shared.
5. Safety
Users must not perform risky operations alone or use equipment while tired, impaired, distracted, or unsure.
Emergency procedures must be followed at all times.
6. Noise and Neighbor Respect
Noise, loading, unloading, music, tools, and production activities must remain reasonable and may be restricted during after-hours periods.

After-hours access may be revoked for safety concerns, policy violations, non-payment, allowing unauthorized access, failing to lock up, leaving messes, equipment misuse, or staff discretion.
